Liquid Distillation
In Envanio’s distillation systems, solvents are separated from water, or complex solvent mixtures are fractioned into their individual components. Through integrated process steps such as adsorption and condensation, solvents are recovered efficiently and prepared for reuse, lowering raw material consumption and overall operating costs. Depending on the required purity levels, our distillation equipment can be designed for continuous or batch operation, as well as vacuum, atmospheric, or pressure.
Adsorptive Distillation and Purification of a Wide Variety of Solvents
| Process | Adsorption |
|---|---|
| Air Flow Rate | 500 SCFM to 1,000,000 SCFM |
| Typical Target Pollutants | Ethyl acetate, toluene, methylene chloride, heptane, halogenated hydrocarbons, NMP, DMAC, and many other polar and nonpolar solvents |
Each system is custom-designed based on your requirements and processes.
How Liquid Distillation Works
Typical Applications for Liquid Distillation
Envanio designs and manufactures distillation systems for extractive and azeotropic distillation, tailored to separate and purify solvent mixtures for your facility’s production processes. Because solvents can be reliably recovered and purified for reuse, our distillation systems are used for a wide range of applications.
